Add a twist to your regular Shahi Paneer recipe by incorporating some unique flavors. Start by heating ghee in a pan and adding cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon. Then, add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and cook for a minute. Next, add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates. Now, add cashew paste and cook for a few minutes. Add paneer cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add fresh cream, crushed kasuri methi, and garam masala. Cook for another minute and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan or rice.
