Add a healthy twist to your Shahi Paneer by incorporating spinach into the dish. Start by blanching spinach leaves and blending them into a smooth puree. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon. Then, add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Next, add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates. Now, add the spinach puree and cook for a few minutes. Add paneer cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add fresh cream, crushed kasuri methi, and garam masala. Cook for another minute and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan or rice.
