Enhance the richness of your Shahi Paneer by adding cashews to the dish. To make this recipe, heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon. Then, add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Next, add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates. Now, add cashew paste and cook for a few minutes. Add paneer cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add fresh cream, crushed kasuri methi, and garam masala. Cook for another minute and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and cashews. Serve hot with naan or rice.
