Give your Shahi Paneer a nutty flavor by adding almonds to the dish. Start by blanching almonds and grinding them into a smooth paste. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon. Then, add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Next, add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates. Now, add almond paste and cook for a few minutes. Add paneer cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add fresh cream, crushed kasuri methi, and garam masala. Cook for another minute and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sliced almonds. Serve hot with naan or rice.
