Corn Dhokla is a delicious variation of dhokla made with the addition of sweet corn kernels. The batter is prepared by grinding soaked rice and corn kernels into a smooth paste along with ginger, green chili, and a few spices. The batter is then fermented for a few hours and steamed until it becomes soft and spongy. Once cooked, it is garnished with a tempering of mustard seeds, curry leaves, and grated coconut. Corn Dhokla has a slightly sweet and tangy taste and is often served with green chutney or tamarind chutney.
