On the second day, head to Colmar, another beautiful town along the Alsace Wine Route. Wander through the well-preserved medieval streets and admire the colorful timber-framed houses. Visit the Unterlinden Museum, which houses the famous Isenheim Altarpiece. Take a leisurely boat ride on the canals of 'Little Venice' and indulge in some wine tasting at one of the local wineries.
