The Penang Botanic Gardens, also known as the Waterfall Gardens, is a lush green oasis located in the heart of George Town. The gardens were established in 1884 and feature a wide variety of tropical plants, including rare orchids, ferns, and palms. Visitors can take leisurely walks along the well-maintained paths, enjoy a picnic by the lake, or visit the beautiful lily pond. The gardens also house a small zoo, where visitors can see monkeys, reptiles, and various bird species.
