Ragi Idli is a healthy and gluten-free version of the traditional idli. It is made with ragi flour (finger millet flour) and urad dal. To make Ragi Idli, soak urad dal and grind it into a smooth batter. Mix ragi flour with the batter and let it ferment overnight. The next morning, pour the batter into idli molds and steam them for about 10-12 minutes. Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
