Quinoa Idli is a nutritious and protein-rich variation of the traditional idli. It is made with a combination of quinoa, urad dal, and rice. To make Quinoa Idli, soak quinoa, urad dal, and rice separately for a few hours. Grind them into a smooth batter and let it ferment overnight. The next morning, pour the batter into idli molds and steam them for about 10-12 minutes. Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
