This recipe takes peach cobbler to the next level with a delicious streusel topping. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 box of yellow cake mix, 1 can of peach pie filling, 1/2 cup of melted butter, and 2 beaten eggs. Mix until well combined and pour into the prepared baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of rolled oats, and 1/2 cup of melted butter to make the streusel topping. Sprinkle the streusel over the top of the cake batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream.
