This recipe adds a sweet and crunchy cinnamon sugar topping to a classic peach cobbler cake. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 box of yellow cake mix, 1 can of peach pie filling, 1/2 cup of melted butter, and 2 beaten eggs. Mix until well combined and pour into the prepared baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top of the cake batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
