Give the traditional South Indian idli a twist by stuffing it with dal makhani. Prepare the batter for idli and pour a spoonful of batter into each idli mold. Place a small portion of dal makhani in the center of each mold and cover it with more batter. Steam the idlis until cooked and fluffy.
