Kesar Pista Jalebi is a royal and festive version of the classic jalebi. The batter is made with all-purpose flour, yogurt, saffron strands, and a pinch of cardamom powder. The jalebis are deep-fried until golden brown and then soaked in saffron-infused sugar syrup. To enhance the richness, the jalebis are garnished with chopped pistachios and silver vark (edible silver foil). The combination of saffron, cardamom, and pistachios gives these jalebis a luxurious flavor and a beautiful presentation.
