Add a twist to your regular parathas by stuffing them with Pav Bhaji. Prepare the Pav Bhaji as you normally would, and let it cool. Take a portion of the dough for parathas and roll it into a small circle. Place a spoonful of Pav Bhaji in the center and fold the edges to seal it.
