Café con Leche, or coffee with milk, is a popular drink in Asturias, as well as in the rest of Spain. It is made by combining equal parts of espresso and steamed milk. Café con Leche is typically enjoyed in the morning as a breakfast beverage, but it can be enjoyed throughout the day. It is often served with a small pastry or a slice of toast.
