Fushimi Inari Taisha is a Shinto shrine famous for its thousands of vibrant red torii gates. The shrine is dedicated to Inari, the Shinto god of rice and prosperity. Walking through the torii gates is a unique and mesmerizing experience, with the path leading up to the main shrine on Mount Inari. The hike to the summit takes around two hours, but you can also explore the lower sections of the shrine if you prefer a shorter visit.
