The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is a large memorial in Hanoi, Vietnam, where the embalmed body of Vietnamese revolutionary leader Ho Chi Minh is preserved. The mausoleum is located in the center of Ba Dinh Square, where Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence on September 2, 1945, establishing the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
