Safe House is a 2012 action thriller film starring Ryan Reynolds and Denzel Washington. Reynolds plays Matt Weston, a young CIA agent tasked with looking after a safe house in South Africa. When a notorious CIA operative (Washington) is brought to the safe house for interrogation, the facility is attacked and Weston must go on the run with his prisoner. Safe House received mixed reviews but was a commercial success.
