Masala Uttapam is a variation of the classic Uttapam. It is made by adding a spicy potato filling to the batter before cooking. The potato filling is made with boiled and mashed potatoes, onions, green chilies, and spices. The batter is spread on a griddle, and the potato filling is sprinkled on top. Cook until crispy and serve with coconut chutney and tomato chutney.
