Palak Aloo Paratha is a healthy and nutritious variation of aloo paratha where spinach (palak) is added to the potato filling. Mix them with the mashed potatoes, along with spices like cumin, coriander, and garam masala. The rest of the process remains the same as the classic aloo paratha.
