Cabbage and methi (fenugreek) paratha is a nutritious and aromatic variation of the classic cabbage paratha. Finely chopped cabbage and fresh methi leaves are sautéed with onions, ginger, and a blend of spices. The mixture is then stuffed inside the dough and rolled out into thin parathas. These parathas are not only packed with vitamins and minerals but also have a distinct flavor from the methi leaves. Serve them with a side of raita or pickle.
